RETURN and REFUND POLICY Once data is agreed and either sent to End customer or downloaded from this website, there is no refund or returns.

Telephone numbers and email addresses are disconnected or changed by consumers and business on a regular basis. For this reason, telephone numbers that we append will not be 100% accurate at the time you search and or download the data. We make the best efforts to give you the best data possible at time of append.

DO NOT CALL The initial Append data to your lists have NOT been scrubbed against the National Do Not Call database. As the customer you are responsible for scrubbing the downloaded Telephone number appended to your Lists against the internal National Do Not Call database when Appended Lead Lists will be used for telemarketing.

By using LeadFuzion LLC appended data in your lead Lists, you may be responsible for cleaning your Sales Lead lists against your own Federal and/or State Do Not Call Registries.

By using Products from LeadFuzion LLC to obtain Appended data to your lead Lists, you are 100% Responsible and Liable for using the list data legally. If list data will be used for telemarketing of any kind, you assume full liability and responsibility to abide by the Federal Trade Commission Telemarketing Sales rules. Further you are responsible to abide by the Federal Communications Commission Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Lastly, any local or State governed laws pertaining to telemarketing. It is your responsibility to use the Sales Lead Lists in a manner that will comply with the local and national laws. By using Appended data from LeadFuzion LLC, you agree to use the data responsibly and legally and will hold LeadFuzion LLC along with its agents, service providers or assignees harmless from any penalties, fines, litigation and expenses.

ALLOWED USES AND RESTRICTIONS You agree to comply with all laws governing the use of consumer and business list data. This includes local, state and federal laws. Such laws include CAN-SPAM Act and the National Do Not Call Registry. This compliance may not be limited to only the herein noted governing bodies and laws. In the event your account is suspended or terminated for causes outlined in the terms of service, such action is at the sole discretion of LeadfuzionLists.com website and/or Products from LeadFuzion LLC. Said determination is not subject to arbitration or appeal.

LIMITATION AND LIBILITY All Appended Data is believed to be accurate at time of publishing. All Appended Data is provided "AS IS". It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws. This includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any Do Not Call registries. By using this service you acknowledge that the National Do Not Call also does not mean that your data is scrubbed from DNC numbers that may be governed by a States DNC system. You are ultimately responsible for determining if your data plus Data from LeadFuzion LLC require further DNC scrubbing.

JURISDICTION - GOVERNING LAW The Agreement shall be governed by under the laws of the State of Arizona.

INDEMNIFICATION By using Appended Data from LeadfuzionLists.com website and/or Products from LeadFuzion LLC, you agree to indemnify LeadFuzion LLC and its employees, agents, officers, service providers or assignees. This means you will hold harmless from any expense, loss, damage or liability arising from the use of LeadfuzionLists.com website and/or Products from LeadFuzion LLC, including your use of the Appended Data delivered to you. This includes any of your agents or representatives that do not comply with these terms of use policy.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT By using Appended Data from LeadfuzionLists.com website and/or Products from LeadFuzion LLC, you agree that the terms of service constitutes the entire agreement.
